My nephew (who worked for a time on a senator’s staff) pointed out that some of Bush’s political wranglings set back certain aspects of government by as much as 70 years (in his estimation). I didn’t really get a grasp on what he meant until I read this.
Is there anyone outside of the immediate Bush family (and any business he’s kowtowed to) who still thinks he’s doing a fantastic job?
